Beth brings a unique blend of experience and training to her work as a psychotherapist, coach and consultant.

She holds over 17 years of corporate management experience in senior and mid-level leadership roles at large, medium and small business organizations. Beth has Masters Degrees in Counseling Psychology: Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University and Human and Organizational Learning with an emphasis in Organizational Development from The George Washington University.

Beth’s approach is caring and direct. She has a seasoned ability to help you gain a framework for where you are now, then help you skillfully craft an ability to see more clearly and move forward.
