Coaching Philosophy

Because our personal and professional lives can be complex and stressful, it is important to develop strategies for working and living that support our current situation and create a path for forward movement. Using an integrated approach to coaching, we carefully consider the impact of four key aspects of our human experience: mind, body, mood, and spirit (sense of purpose). Through developing new skills for paying attention to our daily experiences we can greatly improve our overall sense of well-being and our ability to maintain high levels of performance. Clients experience significant positive shifts at work and home with a coaching focus that targets developing Emotional Intelligence (EI). EI is a learned skill that emphasizes understanding yourself and managing your experiences as well as understanding others and managing your relationships with others.
